| Abstract(in English) | Lately, the problem in caring the elderly appears because of rapid aging of the population resulting from the decline in the birth rate. Against this background, the authors advocate a new network where a group for watching the elderly is designed in the local community and the watchers communicate with the elderly by communicating messages using Online Social Networks platform. In this paper, we study diversified group organization for watching the elderly in the local community network. Our proposal method is inspired by Meta-Heuristic Algorithms, and is able to organize appropriate groups for watching the elderly. |
