Abstract(in English) | Fast beam search method using multi beams that doesn't depend on the number of target is proposed for millimeter-wave beam multiplexing. Proposed method estimates direction using multi beams which generates different signal sequence in each beam direction. It is possible that estimate $2^N$ beam directions bye N packets, and reduce the beam search time compared with the method of the swing the beam in the $2^N$ beam directions. Moreover, because the proposed method can estimate the direction of many targets at the same time, the proposed method can estimate the directions by N packet at any time. It is shown that the proposed method is effective in the high-speed the millimeter wave communication by the computer simulation. |
