Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The content delivery network (CDN) has solved latency and throughput issues in video delivery in the internet by enabling users to retrieve the replica of their requested content from distributed edge servers. This article proposes a new recommendation system that induces users to request replicated contents at the edge server. Our system chooses recommended contents from replicated contents at the edge servers located close to users so that replicated contents are effectively used. In this paper, numerical analysis is done to validate the proposed system using a simple model, in which hit ratios of content recommendation obtained from real measurement is used.
