Abstract(in English) | With successful launch of WiGig certification program by Wi-Fi Alliance on October 2016, the 60 GHz high speed wireless, IEEE 802.11ad/WiGig, is placed in the lead position as one of the promising solutions for multi-gigabit wireless access technologies. This paper presents recent R&D activities of IEEE 802.11ad/WiGig, which include a CMOS chipset and an access point development, network integration as well as its future perspectives. |
