EL Properties of Printed ZnS:Mn Powder

Abstract(in English) Powder electroluminescent (EL) devices using ZnS:Mn fine particle were fabricated by printing method. Milled particle showed high luminance PL after rapid thermal annealing. High luminance EL was obtained from printed powder device. Since the luminance was increased with time under constant voltage, it is seemed that aging process effects for device performance.
