Abstract(in English) To discuss a frequency allocation for new wireless communication systems, a study of the frequency sharing and interference is significant. For example, since the candidate frequency bands for the Fifth-generation wireless communication systems (5G) are decided in WRC-15, a study of the frequency sharing and interference has been going on towards the discussion of the frequency allocation in WRC-19. ITU-R SG3 deals with the Recommendations of the propagation characteristics, which is significant for the discussion of the frequency sharing. This paper presents the activity for the millimeter-wave propagation that is related to the 5G.
