Abstract(in English) | In this report, we investigate the near-infrared inorganic nano hydroxyapataito phosphor Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2 for bio-imaging application using Mn5+ center excited by 650 nm or longer wavelength light. This Mn5+ activated hydroxyapatite luminescent material enables a clear bioimage observation with low invasion and toxicity. The nano phosphor samples were prepared by solution process, due to the nano particles for the bioimaging. The phosphor samples show the near-infrared photoluminescence due to Mn5+ centers. The phosphor is expected to be used for bioimaging tests of cells or lab animals. |
