Abstract(in English) This paper discusses a DS/SS-IVC (Direct Sequence/Spreads Spectrum-Inter Vehicle Communication) scheme based on location oriented allocation scheme using spreading code. In the previous study, DS/SS-IVC scheme using Gold code of spreading codes has been evaluated. In this paper, the scheme to improve its performance using Hadamard code as a spreading code is proposed. The packet error rate is evaluated to compare the performance of IVC system in the expressway. As the result, proposed scheme can improve communication performance. In this paper, the influence of GPS positioning error is also evaluated.
