A study of kinesthetic aftereffect in vertical jump after jumping on a trampoline

Abstract(in English) In the previous study, it has been reported that the performance of the vertical jump on level ground decreases after jumping on a trampoline. It is thought that kinesthetic aftereffect influences it. In this study, we measured the vertical jump before and after jumping on a trampoline by a motion capture, and investigate the performance change of the vertical jump by kinesthetic aftereffect and analyzed postures during the vertical jump. As a result, we confirmed the decrease of the height of vertical jump before the third jump after the jumping on a trampoline. After that, we calculate the knee joint angle during the vertical jumps and found that the subjects flexed their knee joints angle less during the aftereffect was occurred these results suggest that kinesthetic aftereffect influenced posture.
