| 抄録(和) | 「美しさ」に関する先行研究の多くで, 美しさの判断には対象の理解が重要であり, 対象の理解においては対象の構造の規則性を発見することが重要と説明されている. 本研究では, 対象の規則性や複雑性の評価を行い, その結果に基づいて対象の美しさと評価する情報処理モデルを提案する. 提案モデルでは, 観測により逐次的に対象からの情報を取得した情報に存在する規則性を情報予測や情報圧縮処理により評価する. そして, その評価に基づいて対象の審美を行う. 提案モデルを用い適切な美的測度を検討するために美的評価シミュレーションを行なった. その結果, 対象の秩序を発見することで得られる総内部報酬と獲得した情報量の比が美的測度として適切であることを示唆する結果を得た. |
| 抄録(英) | Previous studies on "Beauty" have explained that understanding is important to judge the beauty of objects, and discovery of the regularity in the objects structure is important for the this understanding. In this research, we propose an information processing model that evaluates the beauty of object. This model evaluates the regularity of objects by the performance of prediction or compression of the information, by which it evaluates the "Beauty" of the objects. We took simulation experiments of aesthetic evaluations by using the proposed model, and examined several candidates of the aesthetic measure. The result suggested that the ratio of the accumulated inter- nal reward which is given by the discovery of the regularity and the information entropy expressing the complexity of the objects is the most appropriate aesthetic measure. |
