| Abstract(in English) | The balun filter for RF front-end circuit is configured by combining bandpass filters(BPFs) using coupled lines and a rat-race circuit. Firstly, a coupled line BPF with desired passband is composed of adjusting the tap position of the excitation line and the space between resonators using electromagnetic simulation based on the design theory of filter. Next, we compare the previously proposed combline BPF with the newly developed interdigital BPF. Finally, we also evaluate the frequency characteristics by electromagnetic simulation with regard to the balun filter by combining the compact rat-race circuit with the two interdigital coupled BPFs. |
