Knowledge expression of low potassium vegetables cultivation in the plant factory

Abstract(in English) Low potassium vegetables are functional vegetables for potassium with intake restrictions including the kidney disease, and added value is high.However, it is difficult to find know-how of the low potassium vegetables cultivation by the agriculture that I depended on intuition and experience for.Therefore, in this study, I plan knowledge expression of the low potassium vegetables cultivation by ICT techniques such as sensing or the AI.Specifically, I learn a neural network using output data and training data set to do by the component potassium quantity data of the plant body as input data by environmental data provided from the sensor which I installed in a plant factory, ingredient density of the liquid fertilizer.Using the neural network that has been learned, I examine technique to estimate quantity of component potassium of the plant body from new input data.
