Abstract(in English) | Most of the used electronic sphygmomanometer in the medical facilities and home is the oscillometric blood pressure device. Only a few papers have been reported on accuracy of values displayed oscillometric blood pressure monitor. We have developed the inspection device using artery pressure pulse wave transmitting to the cuff for oscillometoric blood pressure measuring equipment. Inspection device consist of simulated part of the extracorporeal circulation and the upper arm for wind up cuff. For two kinds of oscillometric blood pressure measuring equipment, we tested developed the inspection device. As a result of oscillometolic blood pressure values was higher than invasive blood pressure device, or did not display. In this present report, we discuss pressure difference between oscillometolic blood pressure values and invasive blood pressure values. |
