Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) With the realization of the base station for the small cells in the next generation of wireless systems, high performance and miniaturization of bandpass filter are required. As one of the promising solutions to solve these challenges, a substrated integrated waveguide (SIW) resonator has been developed. In this report, a multi-mode cylindrical SIW with a coplanar waveguide line and ground via is proposed. The resonator has the CPW resonance mode and LC resonance mode in addition to $rm{TM_{10}}$, $rm{TM_{11even}}$, $rm{TM_{11odd}}$ and $rm{TM_{21}}$ modes in SIW resonator. It is confirmed that the four modes of six modes could be controlled by the number of ground via and CPW line length.
