Abstract(in English) Probe technology utilizes geospatial information in relation with spatiotemporal data. For intelligent transport systems (ITS) on land, the various pieces of probe information that can be obtained from vehicles are geospatial. These pieces of information are utilized to understand the traffic. Similarly, in ITS for the sea, information from vessels is being utilized. We developed an operating control system for a local government to manage four liners. This paper presents an examination and evaluation of the technique for utilizing geospatial information in various tasks, along with judging the regular arrival and departure of liners.
