Abstract(in English) In Japan, aging of farmers has progressed and the number of farmer population force is decreasing. It is a concern that Japanese agriculture will decline. We must improve farmer’s work situations in order to mitigate the growing for each farmer which has resulted from the decreasing numbers of them. Currently, farmers can monitor the conditions of crop growth and farm fields with sensors. On the other hand, they are still recording their works by hand. Therefore, it is difficult for farmers to keep their activity history on agriculture logs. We have developed a system that enables farmers to record their activity history, waypoints and growth condition of crops using GPS with pictures, voice memo, and notes. Also, recorded information can be shared with their office in real-time. Farmers can report problems that happened in the checkpoints away from office. That allows them to receive prompt instructions on how to solve the problems. As a result, farmers will be able to systematically record various information including their activities, discovered problems and solutions, environmental data and day-to-day interactions. It is hoped that the data collected from agriculture logs can be used to instruct younger farmers.
