Abstract(in English) Recently, instead of using conventional absorber, thin EM wave absorber design methods by fabricating resonator on the circuit substrate (FR4) are proposed. In this study, we consider the absorber design method using permittivity resonant dispersion of the resonance pattern array on the foamed plastic layer.
