| Abstract(in English) | In response to the serious shortage of cybersecurity human resources in the domestic industry, a number of training programs have been operated through collaborations among government, industry and academia. Meanwhile the domestic industry still lacks security human resources as well as IT professionals from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives. This talk presents an overview of the domestic cybersecurity training programs with the best practices and problems based on interviews with persons involved in the programs. Furthermore this talk also conducts needs analyses of cybersecurity human resources and carrier path of them through interviews with a number of domestic companies. The talk concludes with suitability analyses of the supply and demand of security human resources. |
