Abstract(in English) | Tissue time activity curves observed in dynamic images are used for kinetic analysis of brain PET. In order for improving the SN ratio of the PET images, the authors proposed a method that simultaneously reconstructs spatio-temporal PET images of all time frames by using a low-rank non-negative matrix factorization. Experimental results demonstrated the method surely improved the SN ratio of the reconstructed images. |
