Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Tissue time activity curves observed in dynamic images are used for kinetic analysis of brain PET. In order for improving the SN ratio of the PET images, the authors proposed a method that simultaneously reconstructs spatio-temporal PET images of all time frames by using a low-rank non-negative matrix factorization. Experimental results demonstrated the method surely improved the SN ratio of the reconstructed images.
