A Priority-Aware Event Processing Method for Communication Robot

Abstract(in English) A “Communication Robot” is required to behave like a human, unlike a “Conventional Robot” used in factory . The conventional robot control method is usually design that all notification message is processed by robot. However, “Communication Robot” should not process all notification messages. Therefore, Communication robot needs a different method from the conventional robot control method. In this paper, we propose a method which process events based on priority and their generation time. The applied our method to SOTA(Communication robot by Vstone company as a proof-of-concept:(PoC)). We show the result of the PoC evaluation.
