Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Vibration-based communication, which propagates vibration with information on a solid medium, has beenproposed. The authors have studied how to generate multistep amplitude signals by using smartphone’s vibration function. Thismethod can realize a high data rate communication compared to existing researches. However, the generated vibration signal isunstable because this method requires a minute operation to the smartphone. Therefore, this study aims to establish a signalgenerating method which is more suitable for the vibration-based communication. To achieve this purpose, a new method, whichgenerates multistep amplitude signals with a pseudo clock, has been investigated. In this paper, the experimental result whichshows the feasibility of the propose
