Abstract(in English) Recently, the energy harvesting such as the power generation with the electromagnetic wave energy and the thermoelectric power generation is getting more important for the sensor network systems. In this study, we investigate the oscillation condition and the derivation of the minimum supply voltage for oscillation in the transformer-based oscillators of the DC-DC converter in the energy harvesting system. As a result, we found that the starting voltage of oscillation depends on the winding number ratio of the transformer which has the optimum point in terms of the minimum supply voltage. We also measured the minimum supply voltage in the transformer-based oscillators and validated the theoretical results.
