Inference of Classical Spin Model by Multidimensional Multiple Histogram Method

Abstract(in English) We propose a novel method for effective Bayesian inference of classical spin model by the multidimensional multiple histogram method. The multidimensional multiple histogram method enables us to reconstruct not only the density of energies but also that of information about spin configurations simultaneously. We use sampling data from the exchange Monte Carlo method for the electronic structure calculation in a triangular lattice system. Consequently, we can reconstruct the result of parameter calculation and selection of classical spin model only by sampling of one-tenth or less of all configurations. This result suggests that our method can be used generically for extension of exchange Monte Carlo method and application to larger system.
