| Abstract(in English) | We have been studied about standardization of emergency management mainly for natural disasters at local governments. The system provides information at three points of view, “Plan: What should we do?”, “Do: What we are doing?”, and “See: What kind of situation are we in?” to support decision making at an Emergency Operations Center (EOC). We investigated its applicability to emergency management of cyber-attack in a cyber defense practice. |
