Data Collection Method using Information of Observed Value Distribution in Wireless Sensor Networks

Abstract(in English) Wireless sensor networks has been considered is difficult place in wide-area environment and the sensor node will be installed up to several hundred thousands. Since it is difficult to supply power from outside to the individual sensor node, how efficiently use power is an important problem. In event-driven sensor network for the detection of the event of disasters, etc. in this paper, we propose a data collection method for the purpose of improving the accuracy of the observed value information and the power saving. In the proposed method, by setting the observed ranges SINK collects data which suitable for each event, and selected sensor nodes transmit observed values,and the collected data were interpolated by the inverse distance load method. Moreover reduced energy consumption by node that data transmission is reduced, proposed method improves the accuracy of the data distribution. By simulation, we evaluate advantages of the proposed method.
