Abstract(in English) | In the brain tumor operation, "Intelligent Operating Room" and "Surgical Strategy Desk" are proposed, the former has the advanced medical support apparatus and Open MRI system, the latter has operating process information sharing functions and operating strategy decision function. The validity of these environment is confirmed by improvement in "the postoperative 5 years survival rate in a malignant brain tumor". Thereby, the number of hospitals in Japan would like to introduce these environment. However, introduction of these environment requires know-how which are many clinical experiences in the operation strategy desk or the intelligent operating room. Thereby, sharing of knowledge and advices from the original hospital are very important, while the operation is processing. We propose the Remote Surgical Strategy Desks over the Software Defined Network (SDN). The remote surgery strategies desks are shared and stored super high definition image such as a surgical video, MRI, and a navigation system, in real time. We in order to realize this situation, we configure the network model considering the transmission of these data in the SDN simulator. And, we will verify the dynamic QoS control, flexible network construction work in this network model. Then implement the data transmission experiment taking into account the characteristics of the data used in the brain tumor operation. And we compare our network model to the network of conventional best-effort basis, to confirm its effectiveness. |
