| Abstract(in English) | Children fostered in orphanages might hope to know their own fostering records after the social care service. But according to Japan’s legal system, it is difficult to provide those "Care Leavers" with such information. After noticing a working informational service to Care Leavers in England, I examine our institutional matter and suggest some agenda for the implementation of records management beneficial to Care Leavers in our society. |
