Abstract(in English) | In recent years, use of big data is attracting attention as a profitable business strategy, and is expected to be increasing in the future. We have advocated parallel computation environment for big data analysis aiming at Fine-grained Cloud Computing which includes so-called edge computing. This approach is different from past data analysis based on centralized computing model by a few huge data center. In addition, we proposed a system design method based on Genetic Algorithm which includes network virtualization with optical wavelength paths to improve the proximity of the computer resources to the big data, and a resource allocation method to achieve fairness in terms of the network distance between the big data and computer resources, and effective load balancing among suppliers. However, the previous works lack flexibility for the assignment of optical wavelength paths by the limitation of the gene expression. In this paper, we apply a new gene expression to locate optical wavelength paths more flexibly and effectively. Its effectiveness is evaluated by computer simulation. |
