| Abstract(in English) | When telecommunication operators plan new services, it becomes necessary to build and manage new networks. Therefore, they must renovate existing operation support systems (OSSs) or develop a new OSS, but the system development requires huge cost. One of the reasons of development OSSs is that each management system is individually optimized for a particular network. So, we propose a variable management system architecture which is independent from a specific network. A feature of the architecture is a mechanism that operators define specifications corresponding to a particular network and they inject the specifications from the outside. |
