Abstract(in English) | In this paper, it is reported that durability evaluation was conducted using a hetero-core fiber optic hydrogen sensor with annealed multilayers of Au / Ta2O5 / Pd / Au. It confirmed that the sensor responded to hydrogen depending on the period of the curing treatment in spite of the different measurement time. Also, the baseline variation would be suppressed compared to the sensor with annealed multilayers of Au / Ta2O5 / Pd, owing to the prevention from experiencing α-β phase transitions. |
