| Abstract(in English) | This paper describes how to use handy terminal data on warehouse work probe system and performance evaluation of this system. The handy terminal data, e.g. time, staff’s name, operation class, and merchandise information, is used to connect goods and estimated work elements. In addition, this system can calculate the estimation accuracy by using this data. The experimental results show that errors are reduced by using handy terminal data. After we arrange the information provided by this system in terms of work improvement, its utilization is discussed. Then it is shown that this system is useful. |
