Improved Primary-Characteristic Basis Function Method Considering Multiple Scattering

Abstract(in English) We propose novel improved primary-characteristic basis function method (IP-CBFM) for the high accuracy analysis of radar cross section (RCS). It considers the higher-order scattering and improves the accuracy of monostatic RCS of single incidence and bistatic RCS. By using proposed method, we analyzed the RCS of the conductor plate and the frequency selective surface. It was found that the proposed IP-CBFM with small-scale matrix has higher analysis accuracy than the conventional method.
