Abstract(in English) Huge monetary cost and labor cost are required for detecting the abnormal part of the inside of sewer pipe. To realizing sewer inspection with low-monetary and labor cost, we have proposed a basic design of a sewer inspection system using multiple wireless drifting camera/sensor nodes. In this system, sensing data corrected by the monitoring nodes are gathered through the wireless communication between monitoring nodes and access points (APs) placed at manholes. To correct the large sized sensing data with this system, monitoring nodes have to transport the sensing data efficiently during the short time of communication between a monitoring node and an AP. In this paper, we describe the design, implementation of a collaborative video transmission scheme in which nodes avoid simultaneous data transmission to the same AP and sending overlapped data to effectively use limited chances to send data to APs.
