Abstract(in English) Recently, high sensitivity and selectivity sensor researches on the environmental and bio-sensors aiming at application to environment pollution and medicine have been promoted. Our group proposed a new biosensor using original vertical organic nano-transistor for sensing part. In this report, we describe the fabrication of microfluidic structure for the selection of molecules or ions.
