Abstract(in English) Authors has been reported a novel digital soft--start method which varies a reference values for a soft start-operation depending on a load condition. In this article, the soft-start method is mathematically evaluated by a continuous averaged model of a phase-shifted full--bridge dc--dc converter. The analytical result agrees with experimental result and it shows the theoretical validity of the soft--start method.
