Abstract(in English) The article “behavior, purpose and teleology” by Norbert Wiener, who founded the discipline of cybernetics, analyses teleology in philosophy in the surface structure and discloses a weapon, specifically, automated fire control apparatus and guidance missile system in the deep structure. The book entitled “cybernetics” suggests the research and development of radiofrequency weapons for changing EEG of a target person.
