Abstract(in English) The safety of the elevator has to maintain that "it stops". It is essential to secure the maintainability of the machine to maintain "it stops". It is necessary to be able to easily acquire information necessary for maintenance management. And it is necessary for appropriate maintenance management to be accomplished. In addition, danger is left because "UCMP(Unintended Car Movement Protection)" is not installed in approximately 700,000 elevators. "The CSIC(Consumer Safety Investigation Commission)" concluded that Great Society such as a manufacturer, a maintenance management supplier, an owner, a manager, the administration had to participate for the security of all elevators.
