| 抄録(和) | サービス関連の品質・信頼性用語は，原則として，現行の2000年版JIS Z 8115には含まれていない．しかし，審議中のJIS Z 8115改正案では，新たに「サービス信頼性」の節が設けられ，その中に21語が含まれている．本稿では，JIS Z 8115との関連を示しつつ，国際規格IEC 60050におけるサービス品質・信頼性関連用語の変遷を述べる．JIS Z 8115改正案におけるサービスの信頼性用語は，電気通信サービスの基本的用語を参照して，一般的なサービスシステムに適用されることを意図している．又，目下原案検討中の電力系統のサービス品質・信頼性用語についても紹介する．最後に，サービス信頼性工学モデルとサービス関連用語の一貫性について考察する． |
| 抄録(英) | Service-related quality and reliability terms, as a rule, are not included in the current JIS Z 8115:2000 Dependability terms. However, in JIS Z-8115 amendment draft, the new section "service reliability" is provided, and contains 21 words therein. In this paper, the history of service quality and reliability-related terms in the international standard IEC 60050 is described while showing an association with JIS Z 8115. Service reliability terms in JIS Z-8115 amendment draft are intended to be applied to a general service system by reference to the basic terms of telecommunications services In addition, the draft of service quality and reliability terms of the electric power system under consideration is also introduced. Finally, consistency of service reliability engineering model and the service-related terms is considered. |
