Abstract(in English) In recent years, in order to apply superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SSPDs) for the monolithic optical circuit in which the optical components are connected via the optical waveguide, waveguide-coupled SSPD has been proposed and studied actively. In the waveguide-coupled SSPD, evanescent photons that escape from the waveguide are absorbed in a superconducting nanowire, and can be detected through an electrical pulse by a temporary transition to the normal state. In this work, in order to realize on-chip two-photon interferometer using waveguide-coupled SSPD toward on-chip quantum circuit, we design and fabricate the interferometer, and report the characterization of fabricated interferometer.
