[Poster Presentation] Bit Error Rate of Indoor Visible Light Variable N-parallel Code-Shift Keying

Abstract(in English) Authors have been proposed Variable N-parallel Code-Shift Keying (VN-CSK) system using Modified Prime Sequence Code (MPSC) for indoor visible light communications. In this paper, visible light communication system using white LED is considered. In particular, optical space VN-CSK system using MPSC is investigated in Line-of-Sight (LOS) link. Moreover, the bit error rate (BER) performance of VN-CSK system using MPSC is evaluated by theoretical analysis. The BER taking into account the influence of the power of the ambient light is also evaluated. The ambient light deteriorates the BER performance depending on the dimming control, the degree of deterioration is constant regardless of the dimming level.
