Abstract(in English) | In order to supply power active DC load such as motor and battery with wireless power transfer, we propose novel RF rectifier which is named ``$K_4$ rectifier '' thanks to graph theory. This circuit has DC load tolerance with only two diodes, two coils and two capacitors. We calculate its RF input resistance, RF power reflection coefficient and RF-DC conversion efficiency at each parameter of DC load resistance. Its RF input resistance exhibits convex curve function of DC load resistance. It means the circuit's RF input resistance can match RF source impedance twice at another DC load resistance. Focus on convex curve function, we calculate voltages and currents on diodes. And then we obtain its autonomous mode-control behavior. |
