Abstract(in English) | Recently we have faced on disasters related with severe weather condition, such as rainfall, flood, typhoon, etc. At these disaster, we have to make rational decision for evacuation recognizing the change of weather situation around us. However, almost information about weather situation are providing as numeric data, and it is hard for residents to recognize the severity of weather situation. Furthermore, vulnerability against wind and flood disaster varies considerably from one region to another. Against this issue, we decided to develop an application for recognizing weather situation utilizing open-data from Japan Meteorological Agency as web-based application in this research. |
