Abstract(in English) Spin absorption effect is one of the techniques manipulating a spin current. Especially in the ferromagnetic metal, spin absorption effect is known to be different whether spin polarized direction is parallel or perpendicular to the magnetization direction in the ferromagnetic absorber. Then we focused on this phenomenon and developed a novel spin valve device where we can modulate the spin absorption efficiency.
