Numerical simulation for inductive detection of magnetic vortex core rotation and polarity switching

Abstract(in English) This study describes micromagnetic simulations of vortex core rotations and its polarity switching induced by circularly polarized field. Vortex core dynamic was detected through induced voltage due to the vortex core motions. Sequential read/write operations were also numerically simulated. Resultantly, polarity detection and polarity switching were found to be possible by using circularly polarized field in GHz of frequency range
