Abstract(in English) There is a region called "Terahertz Gap" between the highest frequency of microwave technology and the lowest frequency of photonic technology. At this region, the device development has been one of major issues on R&D. Recently, vacuum electronics devices, especially as high power THz sources, hold the potential for innovational progress in various applications. We report the development activity of 300 GHz TPM with FWG-TWT in this region.
