Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | 5G (5th generation mobile communications systems) has been researched and developed so that it can be deployed in Japan in 2020. The 5G must not only realize fast speed and high capacity communication but also support IoT(Internet of Things), which is predicted to significantly develop in near future. In the 5G, a base station must be able to receive a huge number of transmission signals from IoT devices that are mainly used for gathering sensor information. In addition, low latency communication is required for M2M communication such as automatic driving systems. Therefore, we propose a new contention based communication method that allows several devices to send messages to a base station in the same frequency resource simultaneously. The proposed method increases the number of devices that can be connected to one base station and realizes low latency communication. In this paper, we report the proposed communication technique, frame structure, a channel estimation method and other related topics with results of computer simulation. |
