Abstract(in English) | Bilayer graphene is fabricated by stacking two single-layered graphene sheets. The single-layered graphene sheet is synthesized on Cu foil by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. The single layered graphene is prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method on Cu foil and transferred on SiO2/Si substrate. For the transport, poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) was used as a tentative protection film. Cu foil and PMMA film were removed after the transport by soaking in Fe(NO3)3 aqueous solution and CH3COOH. After transferring graphene sheet on SiO2/Si substrate with rinsed by pure water, another graphene sheet without rinse is put on it to prepare an intercalated bilayer graphene. The metal is remained around graphene sheet without rinse. The electrical properties and the Raman spectrum of intercalated bilayer graphene were measured. |
