On sparsification of Dynamic Binary Neural Networks

Abstract(in English) This paper studies sparsification effects of connection parameters in dynamic binary neural networks. The network is characterized by signum activation function and ternary connection parameters. Depending on theparameters and initial condition, the networks can generate various binary periodic orbits. In order to store of a desired periodic orbits, we have a simple correlation-based learning method. We then consider the sparcification effects on the stability of the stored periodic orbits. In order to evaluate the stability, we introduce a simple feature quantity. Performing basic numerical experiments, typical examples are demonstrated
