Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The measurement of gaze position is a powerful tool in cognitive sciences. However, there will be reduction in accuracy of measurements as time goes from initial calibration. Nonetheless, to our best knowledge, there was no systematic research on the relationship between the accuracy reduction and elapsed time. In this research, we evaluated the measurement accuracy reduction of several devices with time. We found that after 180 seconds from initial calibration there was relatively large measurement error (~1.5°in average). Our results will provide useful information on required re-calibration intervals and experiment time to obtain reliable results.
