Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Student-centered learning in which students construct their own knowledge has been rapidly growing in popularity. Students in such programs often carry out their learning using an e-Leaning system. However, there are a few challenges with e-Learning, such as maintaining student motivation and ensuring that students work autonomously. We have therefore developed an e-Learning system that promotes student learning by having students regulate their own learning. This system uses what we call the V-mark Learning Method to helps students concentrate on their learning by grasping their own learning situation. Evaluation results showed that using the V-mark Learning Method enables students using the system to maintain high motivation to study and take responsibility for their own learning.
